ClipReward Community Guidelines
Effective Date: July 07, 2025
To ensure a safe, secure, and fair experience for everyone on the ClipReward platform, all
users must adhere to these Community Guidelines. This applies to both Submissions and Creators , across all areas of the platform including rewards, chats, reviews, payments, and transactions.
Enforcement Actions
If you violate these guidelines, ClipReward may take any of the following actions at its
sole discretion:
- Remove or block content
- Limit access to features
- Suspend your account
- Withhold pending payouts
- Reverse withdrawals from your bank account
- Refund customers from your balance
These actions are in place to protect the integrity of the platform for all users.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClipReward. Use of the platform must comply with your local laws and any applicable legal
restrictions.
2. Prohibited Conduct & Content
These rules apply to all interactions and content on ClipReward, including reward
submissions, chats, reviews, and account activity. You may not:
- Engage in illegal activity – This includes promoting or profiting from any unlawful goods, services, or behavior.
- Sell or promote drugs/alcohol – Including substances, analogues, or paraphernalia.
- Resell tickets – Especially if acquired through bots or scalping tactics.
- Post indecent or offensive content – Includes sexually explicit, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate material.
- Violate intellectual property – No uploading, selling, or leaking protected content, data, or materials you don't own or have
permission to use.
- Use bots or scrapers – No automated tools to access, collect, or manipulate data or platform behavior.
- Trade in non-fiat financial products – No selling crypto, NFTs, staking products, or unregistered digital financial instruments.
- Hack or disrupt – Any attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with security, or disrupt systems will result in an
immediate ban.
- Harass or abuse others – Includes any form of online bullying, threats, or discrimination based on race, religion,
gender, or other protected characteristics.
- Solicit users – No spam, unsolicited messages, or advertising to other users.
- Violate privacy – No sharing of other users' personal information.
- Impersonate or commit fraud – No false identities, affiliations, or access without authorization.
- Offer unregulated financial services – No loans, debt collection, investment advice, etc.
- Sell IPTV services – No unauthorized digital streaming, piracy, or access-sharing.

3. Reviews
Honest, unbiased reviews are critical to helping the community make informed decisions. All
reviews must follow these rules:
- Be truthful – Only write reviews based on real experiences.
- Disclose relationships – If you're affiliated with a Creator, disclose that connection.
- Avoid incentives for dishonesty – Incentivized reviews are allowed only if users are informed of these guidelines and the reviews are truthful.
Reviews must not contain:
- Spam or meaningless content
- Personal/private info (emails, phone numbers, addresses)
- Links or tracking codes
- Any prohibited content (as outlined above)
Violations may result in review removal or further action.
4. Disputes
Dispute Rate Management
Creators must keep their bank dispute rate below 2% to avoid penalties.
Dispute Risk Score tiers:
- <2.0 – No restrictions
- 2.0–3.0 – 25% of funds held in reserve
- 3.0–4.0 – 50% reserve
- 4.0–5.0 – 75% reserve
- >5.0 – Account suspension
Scores are based on:
- Dispute rate
- Auto-refund rate
- Resolution Center usage
You can view your score in the Creator Dashboard.
Customer Dispute Policy
- Users must try to resolve issues via the Resolution Center before opening a bank dispute.
- Filing a bank dispute without using the Resolution Center first :
- 1st offense: Warning
- 2nd offense: Account suspension
- If a dispute is resolved in the customer's favor, ClipReward may reverse platform actions.
5. ClipReward Balance
Your balance may go negative from disputes or refunds. It's your responsibility to maintain
a positive buffer .
Negative Balance Policy:
- Balance < -$50 to -$500 for 7+ days : Account suspended
- Balance < -$500 for 72+ hours : Account suspended
- Continued nonpayment: Funds will be recovered from your linked bank account
- Failed recovery: Permanent ban
6. Paying Other Users
Payments on ClipReward must always be:
- For legitimate goods/services tied to rewards or platform features
- Not for personal use, loans, gifts, or household reimbursements
- Clearly labeled using the correct transaction type from available dropdowns
Important:
- ClipReward is not a bank.
- All payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
- ClipReward cannot be used for money transmission , laundering, or unrelated peer-to-peer transactions.
We do not mediate disputes between users. You are responsible for ensuring all transactions
are legitimate and lawful.

By following these guidelines, you help ensure a safe and reliable environment for everyone
on ClipReward.
