4. Content Creator Responsibilities

5. Clipper Responsibilities

Clippers agree to:

Create clips that comply with the content creator's guidelines
Submit accurate performance metrics for their clips
Only claim rewards for clips they have created
Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
Not engage in any form of view manipulation or fraudulent activity

6. Rewards and Payments

The Platform facilitates the reward system between content creators and clippers. All reward amounts are clearly displayed before clip submission. Content creators are responsible for paying all agreed rewards, and clippers are responsible for providing accurate performance metrics.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between content creators and clippers, ClipReward may assist in facilitating resolution but is not responsible for the outcome. Content creators and clippers are encouraged to resolve disputes directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClipReward is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Platform or services provided through it. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ClipReward or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content creators retain all rights to their original content, while clippers must comply with the content creator's terms for clip creation and distribution.
