ClipReward Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how OTPQR LTD, which owns and operates ClipReward.com ("ClipReward", "we", "us", or "our"), collects and uses personal data when you use ClipReward.com and related services.

1. Data We Collect
- Account data: username, email address, login method, account status, verification status, profile details, and settings.
- Reward and submission data: reward details, submitted content links, notes, review decisions, performance metrics, platform channel information, and related activity.
- Payment and wallet data: deposits, balances, payment processor references, fees, reward credits, and payout records. Payment card or crypto checkout details are processed by third-party providers and are not stored by ClipReward as full payment credentials.
- Platform connection data: OAuth account identifiers, channel IDs, usernames, avatars, token metadata, and encrypted access tokens for connected social platforms.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, logs, cookie preferences, session data, referral information, and fraud-prevention signals.
- Support and communications: messages, email requests, reports, and information you provide when contacting us.

3. Sharing Personal Data
We only share personal data where needed to operate, protect, or comply with the Platform.
- Payment and checkout providers: such as Stripe and CoinGate, for deposits, checkout, payment references, and related checks.
- Infrastructure providers: such as Cloudflare, for hosting, databases, storage, security, and logging.
- Social platforms: such as Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, where you connect accounts or submit platform content.
- Email, analytics, and support tools: for transactional email, optional analytics, and user support.
- Other users: limited profile, creator, reward, and submission information needed to run marketplace features.
- Authorities or advisers: where required by law, to protect rights, or to handle legal, tax, regulatory, fraud, or safety matters.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Google and YouTube API Data
When you connect a YouTube channel, ClipReward uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API only to verify the channel you choose, retrieve basic channel information, sync channel or video performance data needed for rewards, and refresh that connection while it remains active.
For this purpose, we may store YouTube channel IDs, channel names, avatars, subscriber and view counts, OAuth token metadata, granted scopes, token expiry times, and encrypted access or refresh tokens. You can disconnect a connected channel from your profile, and we delete the connection record and related analytics data when you do.
We do not sell Google or YouTube API data, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or transfer it except to service providers needed to operate ClipReward under this Privacy Policy. ClipReward's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. ClipReward's use of YouTube API Services is also subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and related YouTube API developer policies.
5. International Transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom, but our service providers and users may be located in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use safeguards appropriate to the transfer, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or processor terms with equivalent protections.
6. Retention
- Account data is kept while your account is active.
- Authentication records and platform tokens are deleted when no longer needed or when an account is deleted, subject to lawful retention needs.
- Draft rewards may be deleted when an account is deleted.
- Completed, cancelled, payment, referral, fraud-prevention, tax, audit, and business records may be retained for up to 7 years after the relevant transaction or longer where required by law, dispute handling, accounting, or legal claims.
- Security logs and analytics data are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for their purpose.
7. Account Deletion and Erasure
You can request account deletion from your security settings or by contacting us. Where we no longer need personal data, we erase or anonymize it. Some business records may be retained where required by law, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal claims. Where records are retained, we limit access and remove or anonymize profile identifiers where appropriate.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have the right to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of personal data;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive a portable copy of data you provided;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- complain to a data protection authority.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use strictly necessary cookies for login, security, cookie preferences, and service operation. We only use non-essential analytics, performance, functionality, or targeting cookies where you have consented where required. You can update your cookie preferences using the cookie control shown on the site.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including HTTPS, access controls, encrypted platform tokens, security monitoring, and restricted administrative access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
ClipReward is not intended for children under 13. Reward, payout, payment, referral, and promotional credit features require users to be 18 or older, or the age of majority in their location. This also applies to any future token-related feature if one is ever introduced.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice where appropriate.
